We are a military family that just moved to Wentzville. We have a 1400 square foot basement and looking at finishing about half of that. We have rough in bath and would like a living room, bathroom and bedroom.

Basement has dirt floor, at least 7' tall in all areas, some more- would like estimates on pouring concrete floor- and different levels of finishing. Approx 700 square feet total.

We have approximately 800 unfinished square feet in our basement. We are looking for estmiates... the ceilings are too low (it used to be an outdoor cellar), you have to duck your head under the doorway on your way down the stairs, we have 4 windows that need to be replaced (maybe make 2 of them egress windows, we would like to add a bedroom, a rec room and a bathroom down there, along with a storage space and possibly a laundry area. We also have a large crawl space around the perimeter. Our home is 100 years old, and we are looking to stay with the craftsman style of the home. Thanks.

Brand new home needs electrical, lighting, plumbing, drywall, etc. we are planning to put a bathroom and a bedroom. one part play area for kids, scrapbooking/ sewing area, bar/lounge area.

1923 Craftsman. We are interested in remodeling the basement (big surprise) to add a family room, bathroom and bedroom. There's lots of space and reasonable height but it's very much a "basement" right now. There's an internal staircas to the upstairs, as well as access to the backyard via steps / door down to the basement. There are 2 existing windows.
